For permission for mixed religion weddings/dispensation for disparity of cult/dispensation from form, please send all requests to Thad Pals at the Chancery. Likewise, all pre-marital files that are between dioceses should be routed through the Chancery. Petitions for declaration of nullity should be sent to the Tribunal. Processing these cases may be delayed, so please allow for plenty of time.
