The Human Resources Office provides support services to all employees of the Diocese of Sioux Falls, including employee benefits, insurance, retirement, payroll, recruitment, and training and employee relations. In addition, Human Resources develops, publishes and promotes policies, procedures and guidelines for personnel, salary administration and all employment matters for pastors and business managers at all diocesan locations.
