Tuesday, October 3 and Tuesday, November 7 – Catholic Family Services invites you to join the Living with Chronic Illness group.
The group is a free educational supportive group that meets the first Tuesday of each month, for those living with chronic illness and their care givers.
The group meets at Catholic Family Services 523 N. Duluth Ave Sioux Falls.
