This position oversees all financial, operational and other related functions including budgeting, accounting and investments, through collaboration with senior staff and consultative bodies in this varied and complex organization. Responsibilities include ensuring that the diocese has the proper policies, procedures and controls in place for the effective operation and financial administration of the Diocese. In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that appropriate and adequate personnel and technical systems are in place to effectively perform the Church’s mission. The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Accountancy or business-related field, with a CPA preferred plus 10 to 15 years of experience in a chief financial officer role or equivalent.
