ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Saint Lambert Parish – Sioux Falls

St Lambert Parish in Sioux Falls has two part-time, benefit eligible positions available in the Parish Office.  The positions may be combined into one full-time positions for the right candidate.

Administrative Assistant:  Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, creating weekly bulletins, Sacramental Certificates, coordinating volunteers, managing data entry and bulletin boards and assisting with finance duties and office management.

Office Support Staff:  Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing website and social media accounts, overseeing safe environment protocols, and providing support to the Director of Religious Education and the Office Administrator.
