Directed by Deacon James Keating
April 7-9

“Remain in me, as I remain in you…Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.” John 10:4-5

“Marriage is not a ‘self-help’ relationship.  It is a deep partnership with Christ…The couple is not supposed to do all the ‘work’ of love; they are called to let Jesus gift them with his own spousal love.”  But how do we get off the marriage treadmill once we’re on it?  What is God inviting us to instead? Join us during this retreat as Deacon James Keating points us to a more excellent way.

Deacon Keating, PhD, is Director of Theological Formation for the Institute of Priestly Formation at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.  He also serves as the Director of the Diaconate Office for the Archdiocese of Omaha. The retreat begins on Friday night with registration from 5:00-6:30 p.m. and runs through lunchtime on Sunday.  There will be times for silence, personal prayer, conferences, Adoration, Holy Mass and opportunities to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
