Cursillo retreats aim to make a difference

Supporters of the Cursillo movement in the diocese are inviting people across the region to join them as the new year gets started.
Ronda Kantack, one of the Cursillo coordinators, retreats are an opportunity “to focus your life on your relationship with the Lord.”
The Cursillo weekends will be held at the Broom Tree Retreat and Conference Center.
“Cursillo is a movement and a method that provides Christians the tools, mentality, strength, and support to live a strong Christian life,” said Kantack.
Cursillo has been in the Sioux Falls Diocese for over 25 years and over 2500 people have experienced a weekend retreat.
There will be a Men’s Weekend beginning the evening of January 6 and running through January 9.
The Women’s Weekend will be
two weeks later beginning on January 20 and running through January 23.
If you would like more information about Cursillo, you can contact Ronda Kantack (692-7978 or baskets-4u@mchsi.com or the national website at www.natl-cursillo.org.
