South Dakota Catholic Conference following final legislative days

The South Dakota Legislature has a handful of days remaining in the 2018 legislative session.

The South Dakota Catholic Conference and its executive director Chris Motz continue to keep an eye on what lawmakers are doing and the status of legislation.

The mission of the Catholic Conference is to serve as the Church’s institutional ambassador to the public square, educating and keeping the bishops of South Dakota informed on lawmaking, administrative rule-making, and judicial action at the state and federal level.
