Since publication of the November Bishop’s Bulletin, the Most Reverend Paul J. Swain has:
in accord with the attestation of his good standing with his religious community, granted the full pagella of priestly faculties to Reverend Mark Mastin, SCJ. Father Mastin has been assigned by the Provincial of the United States Province of the Priests of the Sacred Heart, to the pastoral team serving the parishes of St. Joseph, Ft. Thompson, St. Catherine, Big Bend and Immaculate Conception, Stephan effective January 1, 2018.
at the direction of the religious superior of the United States Province of the Priests of the Sacred Heart, relieved Reverend Joseph Dean, SCJ of his pastoral assignment in the parishes of St. Joseph, Ft. Thompson, Immaculate Conception, Stephan and St. Catherine, Big Bend.
with consideration given to the limited use, relegated the St. Boniface church building in Seneca to profane but not sordid use and authorized its sale to a private owner.
with consideration given to the limited use, relegated the St. John Neumann church building (formerly St. Peter) in Farmer to profane but not sordid use and authorized its sale to a private owner.
