Transept – “Be Still My Soul: Lenten Meditations” will be the feature of the Cathedral Arts Series when it returns on Thursday, February 22 at 7 p.m at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph, Sioux Falls.
The Cathedral Sacred Arts Series continues its season with a joint Lenten concert from ensemble “Transept”, founded and directed by USD assistant professor Dr. Timothy Campbell.
The Cathedral Choir will join in.
This performance of Lenten meditations will feature music of Sibelius, Brahms, and others, as well as Tomas Luis de Victoria’s setting of the Lamentations of Jeremiah.
