Ten families…15 children and youth…and over 20 volunteers made Catholic Family Services’ first Camp Sydney – A Grief Camp for Children, Youth and their Families, a success.
Camp Sydney was held at the Youth and Family Camp at Broom Tree.
Participants were able to receive education, connect with others who “get it” and leave with a better understanding of the grief process.
The camp was directed by Mary Weber, counselor, LPC, with Catholic Family Services.
