We are excited to announce this year's women's event, Let's Brunch! This event is a distinct opportunity for those women who are looking to take the next step in their journey of faith. Frequently Asked Questions

I registered online, but I didn’t receive a ticket. What should I do?
It’s ok! There are no printed tickets for this event. All you have to do is provide your name when you arrive to check in at the conference.
What should I wear?
The dress code is casual, but please keep in mind that it may be chilly. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket.
Can I choose who I sit by?
Absolutely! All seats are available first-come, first-served the day of the brunch.
Can I save seats for my friends?
If you would like to guarantee that you are able to sit with your friends, we encourage you to arrive together. Ushers will seat guests at any seat that is not occupied. We can’t guarantee that you will be able to save seats for others who have not yet arrived.
Is there childcare?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer childcare. It is our hope that this will be an opportunity for you to step away from the craziness of life and simply enjoy time with other women.
Can I bring my baby?
Absolutely! There will be a Mother’s Room for nursing, napping, and diaper changes.
Can I bring my daughter?
Yes! This event is designed for adult women, but mature high school girls are welcome to come at parental discretion.
Can I bring my non-Catholic friends?
Absolutely! Certain elements of the day will be distinctly Catholic, but all are welcome. If your friend wants to come, this is a great opportunity to share with her the beauty of our Catholic faith. Eucharistic Adoration can be intimidating for some who have never experienced it before so we encourage you to guide your friend and be open to any questions she may have.
Can men come?
Respectfully, no. This is an opportunity for women to come together and celebrate who the Father created them to be as women.
Can I volunteer?
This is an opportunity for women, who do so much to serve their families, churches, and communities, to rest and receive the Father's love. We have gathered a great team whose hearts burn to serve you. For one morning, you don’t have to worry about the details. Just come and be served.
How can I get involved?
The best way for you to get involved is to help us bring this movement to your families, to your friends, and to your parish. We are a small team based in Sioux Falls, but our desire is to bring life to ALL the women of our diocese. If the Lord is stirring your heart to get involved, please pray about who He is asking you to invite. Get a group together and come. Pray for each other as you prepare. Love on each other while you are here. Walk with each other as you go forth.
Is brunch provided?
Yes! A delicious brunch will be provided.
Are there accommodations for people with food allergies?
Yes! When you register, we will ask if you have dietary restrictions. Please let us know what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are not able to, we will contact you to work something out.
Can I bring my own food/snacks?
The venue has a strict policy against bringing in food. Please help us respect their policy by refraining from bringing food or snacks. Brunch will be provided. If you need to bring specific foods or snacks for medical reasons, please indicate that when the registration form asks if you have dietary restrictions. We will work with the venue to accommodate your needs.
Can I come late? / Do I have to stay the whole morning?
We strongly encourage you to participate in the entire event. Each element has been designed with beauty and purpose. If that is just not possible, you are welcome to participate in as much of the morning as you are able.
Do I need to bring anything?
We have tried to anticipate your needs and provide for them. The only thing you may want to bring is a journal.
Do I need to bring cash?
No. Everything is included in your registration fee.
Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, there are no discounts. Your registration costs pay for the speaker, the meal, the venue, and other production costs.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We have already prepared a place for you.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes! If you are unable to attend and would like to gift your spot to someone else, please let us know who will be taking your place. We will need her full name, email, and phone number. You can reach us at discipleship@sfcatholic.org.
